Fill out the intake form (5 mins): Tell us about you, your work, and why you're excited to join.
Intro Call: Once we receive your form, we'll send you a calendar link for a 15-minute call with me, the founder, to meet, answer your extra questions, and prep you for onboarding.
Onboard: Next, a 45min - 60min onboarding session where we will help you onboard and create your profile

1. Will Darzy own or use my designs without my permission?
Absolutely not. You will always retain full ownership of your designs. Any use of your work will be with your explicit consent.
2. How do you protect the privacy and intellectual property of my work?
We use strict access controls and data encryption to protect all your files and inputs. Your design IP is safeguarded as your own and never repurposed without consent.
3. Who sees my designs, and can customers use them without me knowing?
Only approved customers and internal teams you consent to will have visibility. You will be notified and will have access to insights on how and where your designs are being used.
4. Will I get credit and royalties if someone uses my design?
Yes. Our model ensures that you receive full credit, real-time visibility, and fair compensation when your designs are used. Think of it like design royalties—your work can inspire multiple custom requests globally, creating value beyond a one-time creation.
5. How does the AI use my design input—does it copy or learn from it?
Our AI learns your aesthetic style to help match you with the right clients, it does not copy or reproduce your work without your input.
6. Can I control which designs are shared publicly and which stay private?
Yes. You will be able to choose what you want to share and what remains private or under NDA.
7. What kind of data or files will I be expected to share?
Mostly photos, sketches, inspirations, and past work, whatever you’re comfortable sharing to build your profile.
8. What’s the time commitment for this pilot?
Expect 1 hour for onboarding and a few hours spread over the pilot phase. It’s flexible and built to work around your schedule.
9. Is there any cost involved in becoming a founding design partner?
No. There’s no fee to participate. In fact, as a founding partner, you’ll receive lifetime benefits and early access.
10. What if I don’t have a tech background, can I still participate?
Yes. We believe it’s our responsibility, both as technologists and as humans - to make tools that are intuitive and empowering for creative people. This platform is designed to be simple, visual, and designer-first. No technical skills are required.
11. What’s expected from me during onboarding and after?
Onboarding includes a short call and profile setup. After that, it’s about sharing feedback and collaborating with us at your comfort level.
12. How will Darzy help me grow or scale my fashion practice?
We connect you with global customers, provide tools to personalize designs at scale, and give you real-time data to grow your brand.
13. Will I get access to customer insights or data related to my designs?
Yes. You’ll have access to dashboards that show who’s engaging with your designs and what’s resonating.
14. Is this an exclusive partnership? Can I continue other work outside Darzy?
No exclusivity required. You’re free to continue your own work. This is a collaborative and open partnership.
15. What happens after the pilot ends? Do I stay on the platform?
Yes. If you choose to continue, you’ll retain your founding partner benefits and be part of the first cohort to launch publicly.
16. How do I leave the partnership if I choose to?
You can opt out at any time, and your data and designs will be removed from the platform upon request.
